Ground Calcium Carbonate (GCC) is a naturally occurring mineral obtained from high-purity limestone or marble. It is mechanically ground into fine powder without changing its chemical structure. GCC is widely used in Pharmaceuticals & Food as a calcium supplement and anti-caking agent in tablets, toothpaste, and food products.

Key Properties:

• High purity (typically >98% CaCO₃)
• Insoluble in water but dissolves in acids
• High brightness and whiteness
• Low oil absorption
