General

Registering for your personal area is very easy. You can also register without ordering anything immediately. For this purpose, click simply on Log or Register. Then enter your email address and your chosen password and complete the registration.

If you have forgotten your password, just click on the Forgot your password?” Link when registering. and enter your email address in the window that opens. Immediately afterwards you will receive an email from us in which you will find a link to change your password. Please click on this link or copy the URL into your browser to access the page. Now you can assign a new password for your customer account. Your old password only loses its validity once you have entered a new password.

Yes, under My Account  (simply log in with your email address and password) you can view and check all personal information at any time. There you can, for example, track the current status of your orders via the shipment information, change your delivery address or email address and manage information services such as newsletters. 

Product Related

All of products are tested in government approved third party labs. If you want to get certification of Analysis (COA) of a particular product, please feel to send out an email at support@theagrob.com requesting for Product’s COA.

Yes, we encourage our clients to request for product sample for their testing before they place the final order in bulk. We will provide testing report from our end and we can ship it any requested delivery address.

Order Related

To send your enquiry please click on “Request Quote/Information” button above or send an email to support@theagrob.com. We request you to please mention your requirements, in detail for example: quantity required, delivery location or port, packaging instructions, etc. So that our team can review and provide you with our best possible price and delivery time. Our team normally responds within 2 working days.

Shipping

We deliver products globally. We have tied up with world’s leading logistics company to ensure smooth and fast international deliveries. 

It depends upon location to location, but usually all orders are delivered within 2 weeks. Make sure you provide alternate contact phone number and email ID after placing the order. 

Yes, some of our partners offer express delivery with additional charges. You can choose this option while purchasing any products online from our website.

You can log in to your AGROB account and click on order status to see the current status of the order. If you know your order number, you can click on the respective Delivery Partners’ of AGROB and track your shipments details from their sites.

All the orders placed online via website that includes VAT (EU customers) will be inclusive of all the applicable taxes and shipping charges.

However, orders placed offline and outside EU will be subjected to additional custom charges based upon the delivery location. These charges are calculated by custom authorities at the destination country respectively.

AGROB company does not have any role to influence any government authority or agency hence we request you to kindly check importing laws in your respective country before placing the order. 

You may request to change in the delivery address if it is your package is yet shipped. Please send email request to support@theagrob.com

Payments

We accept credit cards, Direct Bank transfer/SEPA, and Paypal.

Credit Card/DebitCard

You can pay with VISA,  MasterCard  or American Express credit cards. Simply select Credit Card/DebitCard category as the payment method during the ordering process. With the latest encryption techniques, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and the 3D Secure process, we guarantee the highest level of security. All order and credit card details are only transmitted in encrypted form.

 

When ordering, we need the card number, the validity and the CVV number, you can also find this three- or four-digit number on bac side of your credit card. Secure payments thanks to extra protection We support Verified by VISA and the MasterCard SecureCode. The cardholder’s data is protected by an additional authentication. This means that misuse of your card data is almost impossible. When paying for purchases on the Internet, an additional query mask for your host bank opens. There you will be asked to enter your personal authentication code. The host bank verifies this code and approves the transaction.

 

Paypal

With PayPal, you can make cashless payments easily and securely. To use it, you must create a PayPal account first. Once the Paypal account is created you then pay by entering your email address and a password and you will receive a payment confirmation by email. Your order will then be processed immediately. If you return an ordered item, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to your PayPal account.

 

Direct Debit/SEPA

During the ordering process, you can select payment by direct debit and enter your bank details there. In the case of a return, the refund will automatically be made directly to your bank account when the value of the goods is credited.

No, unfortunately, we do not accept any payment on delivery. Most of our products are made freshly or at demand, therefore payments are supposed a done while placing an order. 

For bulk orders our sales team can provide a flexible payment scheme.

You will be charged in Euros.

Please note that you may be charged for currency conversion or additional bank fees while making the payment via Bank Transfer, Paypal, Credit card so make sure you check the charges from your end. 

The invoice will be stored for you under My Account . You will receive an email from AGROB as well as soon as you make an order online.

Returns

We have a 14-days return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the packaging seal is open then unfortunately we wont be able to process the return

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as essential oils, herbal extracts food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Process

To start a return, you can contact us at support@theagrob.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  You can always contact us for any return question at support@theagrob.com.
